Terms of Service & Community Guidelines

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Utsav Platform (utsav.i24x7.in), you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms of Service, our No-Liability Disclaimer, and all applicable Indian laws and local municipal guidelines.

2. Community Contribution Guidelines

Utsav empowers pilgrims, cultural lovers, and creators to contribute landmark locations, walking circuits, tips, and video guides:

• Authenticity & Respect: Submissions must accurately reflect genuine religious shrines, akhadas, ghats, or public amenities. Profanity, vandalism, hate speech, or commercial solicitations are strictly prohibited.
• Moderation: Submissions by creators undergo moderation by authorized moderators before becoming publicly visible to preserve sanctity and accuracy.
• Karma Points: Karma points and pilgrim badges are awarded for bona fide contributions and cannot be exchanged for monetary value.

3. Intellectual Property & Fair Use

Temple histories and cultural documentation are curated for public cultural preservation. Map tiles and route calculations are powered by OpenStreetMap contributors and public routing systems under open-data licenses.

4. Termination & Moderation Rights

The platform administrators reserve the right to edit, suspend, hide, or permanently remove any user account, POI entry, circuit, or road regulation that violates public safety, traffic order, or community harmony.
